As a certified yoga teacher and former mental health therapist, Davia Roberts has a passion for making mental health resources accessible to young people. She is the voice and brains behind the AFFIRM podcast, a mental health & wellness podcast for young women of color.
Now based in Washington, DC, Davia travels the country bringing mental health and wellness education to millennials and corporate professionals. Her mental health work has been featured on at SXSW, national conferences, and major publications such as Bustle, NaturallyCurly, and Mash.
